Terms of Service

Effective & Last Updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to the Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors digital platform, luxury furniture purchases, WhatsApp concierge checkout, and interior design consultations.

01.Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors ('Nuevo', 'we', 'our', or 'us'). By accessing or using https://nuevonikhipearlinteriors.com, placing an order through our online furniture marketplace, using our interactive 3D & AI Design Builder, or engaging our studio for interior architecture and fit-out services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

02.Scope of Services & Marketplace

Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors operates a luxury interior architecture studio and curated furniture marketplace across Nigeria, with physical studios in Lagos and Ibadan. Our offerings include:

  • Ready-to-ship luxury residential, hospitality, and executive office furniture and decor.
  • Bespoke furniture commissioning crafted to custom dimensions, fabrics, and finishes.
  • Turnkey interior architecture, spatial planning, 3D visualization, and project execution.
  • Interactive digital visualization tools via our 3D & AI Design Builder.

03.Orders, Pricing & WhatsApp Concierge Payment

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN / ₦) unless explicitly stated otherwise. While we strive for complete accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing, inventory, or typographical errors prior to order confirmation.

Orders initiated through our online cart are finalized through our verified WhatsApp Concierge (+234 802 301 6803) or official studio email (info@nuevonikhipearlinteriors.com). Upon receiving your cart summary, our team confirms stock availability, delivery schedule, and issues official corporate bank account details and an invoice for payment.

Please only make transfers to corporate bank accounts officially confirmed by Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors. An order is deemed confirmed only after payment receipt is verified by our finance desk.

04.Bespoke Furniture & Interior Fit-Out Contracts

Full-scale interior architecture, renovation, and bespoke millwork engagements are governed by a separate project proposal, bill of quantities (BOQ), and formal client service agreement signed prior to mobilization.

Because bespoke furniture pieces are manufactured to your exact specifications, a non-refundable mobilization deposit is required before production begins.

05.Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content on this website—including architectural photography, project portfolios, 3D models, AI-generated concepts, CAD drawings, furniture designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors or its licensors and is protected under Nigerian copyright and trademark laws.

Concepts generated using our 3D & AI Design Builder are provided for personal visualization and consultation purposes only and may not be commercially reproduced without written authorization from Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors.

06.User Accounts & Security

When creating an account on our platform (via email/password or Google Sign-In), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

07.Product Finishes & Natural Materials Disclaimer

Many of our luxury furniture pieces incorporate natural timber, marble, stone, artisan textiles, and hand-applied finishes. Subtle variations in wood grain, marble veining, and color tone are inherent characteristics of authentic luxury materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

08.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or delay in delivery caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or third-party logistics disruptions.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any product purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

09.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to mediation or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.
