Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors provides careful, white-glove delivery and placement across Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, and nationwide across Nigeria.

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated during WhatsApp order confirmation. In-stock collection items typically ship within 3–7 business days within Lagos and 5–14 business days for interstate deliveries. Orders exceeding ₦2,500,000 qualify for complimentary standard delivery within designated metro zones.

Our delivery team will unbox and position your furniture upon arrival. We ask that you or your authorized representative inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery waybill.

If any visible transit damage or discrepancy is noticed, please note it immediately on the delivery document and notify our concierge on WhatsApp (+234 802 301 6803) or via email (info@nuevonikhipearlinteriors.com) within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs.

In accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), ready-made, standard catalog items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unassembled (unless assembled by our team and found defective), and in its original showroom condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase/invoice are intact.
• Return pickup logistics fees are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

The following items are final sale and non-refundable once production or procurement has commenced, except in the case of a verified structural defect:

• Bespoke and made-to-order furniture crafted to custom dimensions, fabrics, or finishes.
• Custom architectural millwork, wardrobes, and installed lighting fixtures.
• Clearance, showroom floor samples, or special-order international procurement pieces.

Where a structural defect is verified, Nuevo NikhiPearl Interiors will first offer professional artisan repair or a direct replacement at no cost to you. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, an approved refund will be processed via bank transfer to the original paying account within 7–14 business days.
